Default which manual cut-out should I get?

Don't want leaks and would like to use clamps vs weld..thanks

Actually most of them are clamp on. Your choice boils down to stainless steel or regular steel. Since you are not plannig to weld it on, material choice is up to you.

I got a Dynomax which is stainless steel and has a flange that can allow the output to be rotated for directional adjustment (Which will come in handy should I install a dump fitting.). I bought it from Summit...

i have the summit one..it comes with clamps and its cheap. its not stainless but ive had mine on for close to a year and even driven in snow and its not rusting yet..

summit put the wing nuts on the back side and all you need is a 9/16 wrench to remove the cap...

I have a jegs cutout, cheap but effective ($40)....I took a dremel to the welds on the inside to smooth it out.
