Default NEED HELP - SLP LT Install

Okay so i am having a bit of an issue with my SLP longtube install. I got the driver's side header in just fine, but i wasn't able to install the passenger side because of 2 strange reasons. The EGR hookups don't match the old manifold. I've got a few pictures below to show what i am talking about. I don't know how to make them fit, and i am not going to be deleting them all-together. Has anybody else ever run into this problem? I find it odd that SLP would make their connection at the wrong length and angle...any help would be greatly appreciated!!! And i need help fast, before i take my longtube to an exhaust shop and have them chop off and weld them correctly and make an extension for the bottom connection.

obviously the connections are different. See the 90 degree turn? AHHH!!

see both the hookups are different

This is how it hooks up on the factory manifold

how this thing lines up with the factory manifold

I don't even know how this is supposed to line up...non the less even know what it is...

what everyone else is telling you. If your not in CA, just block it off and forget it even was a problem. You could even hack up some thin metal, drill some holes and bolt it on.

Your headers are for a 00 model. 98-99 EGR and AIR flanges are different than 00-02 with 01-02 not having EGR.
