Leaner?? Riddle Me This!!
so i dynod my car on motor. afr was 12.5, 13ish. changed the fuel filter for the first time since i bought the car 4 months ago, it had the typical dirty stuff in it, put a auto zone fuel fiter in it. the NEXT night NO changes to the car, its a steady 14.5 all the way across!!!! what gives, what kinda ff is every one else runinng.? mind you i make 444 hp and 516 trq on juice.

Did you prime the filter (put gas in filter before install)? It could be that the filter is not fully soaked so your not getting full pressure to the engine yet. Try letting the engine idle for a good 10 min. then check afr. If it's still lean see if they gave you the wrong filter.

bolts......high side.......WTF? im sure he didnt change it on the dyno and not give it time to get pressure, he said it was the next night.........
anyway, if it was 14.5 across the board then for some reason, sounds like you are not entering PE

ya i drove the car after i changed the filter all day so surly theres no air in it. then we made like 4 or five pulls, they were all lean. Also it wasnt straight across like it was an error, it was just staying in between 13 an 14.5 ish..............but on that same note since you guys were asking. no i didnt prime it. is that gonna effect any thing,,,,, also what filter is everyone else running while making decent power??
