I've tried them all, even the exotic 4 electrode ones. Its all hype.

I use NGK TR55's, they are the best ones. But your engine was designed with AC Delco's, so they will be perfect.

Even with stroker engines, just use NGK or AC Delco. You won't get better performance with any others.

Change them every 50,000 and you'll be fine, unless you have certain issues internally.

AC Delco is good. NGK is great, and so is Denso, but Denso tend to be more expensive.

A lot of these plugs are hype. A traditional j-gap plug with an iridium electrode will last a really long time, and perform extremely well.

I use TR6's for my H/C car. They seem to work good.

I am running the AC delco ones while I'm bolt on but plan to switch to the NGK TR6 once I install my H/C and nitrous.
