Default installed my ls6 intake

at first , my car ran great! then, I cranked it up after work today and was driving out of my neighborhood, but when i stomped it, it just started spitting and sputtering! it ran good when i was driving it normally, but not at w.o.t.

so i took it by my friends house, he drove it, and it did fine. So i hooked a scanner up to it, and i was looking to see if there were any other codes thrown other than the lack of my egr. NOpe, there wasnt.

And now, it seems to be driving fine. What the hell is up with that? could it be that the computer just needed to relearn itself after installing the new intake?

nope sounds like a vacumn leak or something. make sure all your bolts are tight and all the **** in the back is hooked back up.

wow im not remembering even seeing that sensor on the front of the intake.

so if your facing the engine with your hood open, its right in front of you on the left, right on the intake behind the t.b.?

Did you connect the small hose that's below the map sensor?

maybe you broke the oil pressure swithch, or you reused some old gaskets causing it to run really lean

^^^^^ The oil pressure switch wont cause idle issues. How can old gaskets cause his car to run lean?
