Default what should i do w/ my slp loudmouth after lt's and ory?

guess this is more of an opinion question. the car is jus wayyy loud now and i don't want to get a ticket, but it does sound mean. lots of rasp. is the borla xr1 (borlamouth) the best way to go? will there still be rasp? what other options do i have?

thanks!

how about the loudmouth 2 muffler/resonator, it would be a direct replacement for the the loudmouth 1 resonator.

Keep it and replace the y pipe with a custom piece. There are a few people on the board who have made a y with the Flowmaster merge and say it sounds way better. I'll be going that route eventually. Otherwise try a chambered muffler, the longer the better.

I have the same system as you LM1 with LT and ORY, and its DAMN LOUD, i even put in a magnaflow bullet muffler in place of the resonator, STILL LOUD as hell!! I give up on trying to find a muffler that "might work" for the LM1 setup....i'm going to a Magnaflow catback with cutout!!

Magnaflow 4x9. My car is quiet as hell. Granted I have the stock manifolds and cats, but I'm sure it would still be pretty quiet with LTs and an ORY.

Sounds awesome too.

seeing as your an M6 car, you can easily keep the noise to a minimum, yet let it scream when you want

loudmouth with ORY and LT's is really really raspy..i have the LM and as soon as my LTs and ORY go on, im swapping it out for a slowmaster catback with an e-cutout.(i live in a condo...neighbors dont like noise, and i come home/leave late at night alot.) IMO

well i got all of the header install done and i know it sounded mean as hell with open headers!
then i connected the tsp ory to my custom lm2 and i only had it started for a few min and i just went up and down the street because the y pipe was rubbibg and i was tired of messing with it so ill work on it tomorrow.
the lm2 sounds very good and it dident sound raspyand at idel it wasent that nuch louder than it was before the lt's but it has some bark to it when you give it gas.
im going to get an electric cut out for when i go to the track.

if u dont want to replace the entire exhaust then get a magnaflow muffler. the lm2 muffler reduces from 3" to a 2.5" inside tube. i used to like the lm2 til i found that out.

when I go LTs i plan on going with a borlamouth, it just seems like the cheapest solution. I can't afford a whole new catback.

I have LT's, ORY, and LM1, I really like it and have had no troubles with the cops. My car is a daily driver.
