Default Best free flowing muffler?

Just as title says. I need to quiet mine down. I make alot of power up top too, if that helps.

this will help a lot look there are other charts posted further down the page with db results also. The hooker maxflow should be your best bet.

Magnaflow 4x9. Makes great power and is pretty quiet.

Magnaflow rocks! Its quiet when needed to be and roars when it NEEDS to!! When I want louder I just go with the cutout...in fact i always leave the cutout open...! LOL!

The sound. I had an Aerochamber muffler on my thirdgen camaro with Edelbrock shorties and a high flow cat and I think it even sounded better than my 02 Z28 with magnaflow catback and cutout open (right before muffler). The Aerochamber is a great sounding muffler and pretty cheap.

I bought a flowtech afterburner muffler for my Z28 to hold me over until I can do a full exhaust, and I was really suprised how good it sounded. These cars stock are just way to quiet. Anyways, if you are on a budget, I would highly recommend one of these, also I had a buddy in high school that used these on his true duals on his 94 because they were cheap enough to replace when he scraped the hell out of them.
