Recommended PR length with F13 ?
I have seen people run 7.40 and 7.425, what is the best length to run? Or what is the proper length? any help would be great, thanks in advance.

"You can run the stock length 7.400" or a 7.425" to make the valvetrain a little quieter. Either pushrod will make the same power.
Thanks,Allan"
from my email. guess either is good!

What your not taking into consideration is the smaller base circle of the new cam. Using the 7.425s will help make up for that loss in pre-load. On XE-R grinds the base circle is ~.050 smaller (not sure about cam motion lobes). So on paper the 7.425s is what you would want with an XE-R profile.
However, I do recall the actual stock push rods that are said to be 7.400s, and the aftermarket units that are said to be 7.400s, differing in actual length when I measured them with my calipers a few yrs back. I wish I remembered which one was longer as that will play a role in which length to get to keep the pre-load the same as stock.
