Default head gasket pics (?)

Took off head (driver side)
I have never seen a blown head gasket, I'm not sure what it would look like.... the gasket I pulled off had no obvious blowouts but there was coolant in my oil and cyl #7 looks f--ked up? What does this look like to yall? I need some input from you guys, please.
Also how do you get the knock sensors out w/out braking them. What checks should I do while this is off? appreciate any help/advice... Thanks

Well when i pulled my Pump Resiviour and pulley all in one i just used a 15mm Wrench the very bottom one and the closest to the intake you can get a socket on.. I took out the very bottom one all the way then used the wrench to get the one behind the reservoir. the one thats the pain in the ***.. Just back it out slowly while you pull it off the head a couple turns on each at a time will prevent it from putting to much stress on the bolt while your taking it off... It takes a little time but i got mine off in about 5mins... really not as hard as they make it out to be..

I don't think that gasket was leaking. Clean all the loose crap off the block and then look at it. If it was blown or leaking, you will see a lot of black between cylinders, across the top of the block, or out towards the edge. I don't see any of that with yours.

What makes you think it had a blown head gasket in the first place?
Who diagnosed the problem?
What symptoms did the car have?
Coolant in the cylinders after pulling the head is not that uncommon, coolant is trapped in the head and when you remove it coolant goes wherever it wants to go.

The car was throwing PO307 and had oil in the coolant and vice versa. I thought I saw steam coming from the driver side bank before I dug into it.... underpowered, not too bad though but never overheated. Got head cut and cleaned, they took .7000 of an inch off.... I really hope it was a head gasket that was fu-ked up.... someone please just lie to me, I feel better
thanks

I won't lie to you a bit when I say that .7000 is wrong. Maybe you meant .007. .7000 is almost 3/4".

your right, it was .007.... will that change compression? or matter.... should I get new pushrods to be on the safe side?
