Default lS7 rockers good LS1 upgrade?

I need to replace my valvesprings, they have been in there for over 50k, so its time. I have the comp 918's, which is what I'll put back in, but I should replace the rockers while I'm in there. Does anyone know of the LS7 rockers will work and if i'll need a special tool? If so, where can I get the tool.

LS7 rockers will not work, they will skew geometry and run near the edge of the valve stem causing premature wear. Bottom line, don't use them.

stock is fine really if there is nothing wrong with them. there are a lot of high dollar replacements out there that will work excellent, but do they offer anything over stock? i dont really think so, atleast if you have a cam that is less then .650 lift. If you have atleast 400 to a 1000 dollars to blow go for it... but if your on a budget stock is fine

If you are removing stock rockers then I like the Yella Terra Ultralights, but they must be set up correctly.

If your looking for a good upgrade run the harland sharps or the yella terras. Ls7's wont work, and I believe the ls6 rockers are the same as the ls1's.

LS1 and LS6 are the same part. What are you trying to accomplish?
