Get an agressive lobe with short duration and lots of lift. Im going with Comp Cams newest LSR cam.

The 219/227 .607/.614 112 (#54-456-11) is rated 1500-6700RPM (my brother bought this one for his '00 Camaro)
or
The 215/223 .604/.610 112 (#54-455-11) is rated 1300-6500RPM

I heavily concidered both myself, but went with a 219/235 .607/.621 113 since I have CNC LS3 heads.

230/228 .612/.588 111+4 LSA

7* overlap (Good lope), can shift 6200>6500, tons of trq below curve.
Needs good flowing exhaust.

he is not selling the cam. He is recomending custom specs.

You can give those specs to TSP or Thunder and they will get that cam for you.

I would have to give the lobe specs.

This is a custom unit, I have a graph of a similar grind but a different LSA/ICL

That cam was a 230/228 .612/.588 110-1 LSA

The difference is yours will come on a bit sooner and is more exhaust biased.

I do not charge anything, if you like, just PM me and I will give you the specs to grind it.

Cost vary from vendor to vendor.
TSP has good deals

Springs: Patriot Gold or PRC Gold (TSP)
Push rods: 7.425 in cam only application

Cam specs are:

Intake lobe 3016R
Exhaust lobe: 3724R
110 LSA
111 ICL

I recommend degreing the cam for best results

100>125 shot

230/230 .612/.592 111+3 LSA

150>200 shot
Then a bit more exhaust is desired
230/232 .612/.595 111+3 LSA
