FWIW, my new TEA Stg 2.5 flow #'s
I wanted to put a 2.05 valve LS6 head on my car, but the only CNC programs we had was a Stage II that flows around 300 @ .600" on a 3.900" bore with a 2.02 valve and then we have the Judson port that flows around 330 @ .600" with a 2.08 valve on a 4.030" bore. So I took the Judson Program and shrunk it .030" and ran it through my heads, put the 2.05 valve in it, hand finished all the ports and flowed it this weekend on a 3.900" bore with and without intakes attached. The intakes were a (A) stock LS6 intake, (B) a LS6 intake that had the bottom cut off runner entries epoxied and then a aluminum bottom plate put back on and (C) a Holley/Lingenfelter aluminum intake that had been ported. The results are as follows:
Lift Head / LS6 int / Port LS6 int / Weiand
.100 69 66 66 66
.200 139 137 137 137
.300 201 198 201 201
.400 251 238 244 244
.500 288 265 272 272
.550 307 277 284 286
.600 320 285 292 295
.650 325 291 297 303
.675 port stall
We are going to eventually dyno test all three intakes, but we don't have time before the Shootout, wish us luck on not breaking the rearend out from under the car.

Great numbers Brian!
I would like to see the same test run on some of your standard off the production line 5.3-liter stage 1.5 heads.
Any chance of you all doing that?
Thanks
John

Brian,
That's the best you could do?! Horrible!! You should throw those away. Just let me know when the trash guy comes by so I can help him get rid of these.
Guys, I don't post much, but let me tell ya, Brian and Brent are A-1 class act guys. Due to my own streak of bad luck,(ask Brent) I wound up spending many hours up there, and can testify first hand, they've got it together. They are not like some companies that just want to put out high flow dyno heads, they put alot of R&D into it. Just look at the numbers their c5 is putting down!
Give them a call and find out for yourself, or if youre going to the Shootout, stop by and see them.

My bore is 3.905 Brain either way it should run like stink.
