I drive my car everyday, the drivability is a little sketchy becuase it still has 3.42s and just did the tune for power. Havent done the tune for idle and whatnot yet but after that it wont be bad at all. The cam is a custom grind cam by my tuner, 232/232 .610 .610 111+1, just cam and fast intake it made 426whp and 371tq.

As evryone will say, biggest part of the drivability is in the tune. I'm running a small TR22x cam and its not bucking, surging or anything. Drives like stock I guess, except that the clutch needs higher rpm lunch. I have stock 3:42 too...
Your cam is bigger so you might get some surge or bucking under 2000rpm, unless your tune is on spot and a bigger gear will help too.
Keep us updated for the result on your TSP torquer v2(by saying TSP v2 i guess its the torquer you talkin about). I think its a great cam!

Yeah its the TSP torquer. I planning on doing 4.10s later on so hopefully that helps.

I don't daily drive mine, but I could no problem. It starts right up cold or hot and idles just fine. Driveability is very good with no bad manners at all. You can tell it's cammed and modded and doesn't drive like it was stock but it behaves very well. I have no bucking or surging. I tuned it myself and have spent many hours on idle, transitioning, and part throttle.

I have been running my current H/C combo in my sig for almost 2 full years. I drive my car year round in all weather since it's my daily driver. I am still untuned & get about 18mpg average mixed city/hwy. Car is driven 300+ miles a week & hasn't had a single issue. No surging, no bucking & no idle issues. It has fired up on the first turn of the key every time & always found idle instantly at 900rpm. Car still drives like stock but with more power.
I'm still running the stock 3.42 gears & do notice if you stay in too high a gear at too low a speed it'll lug the engine down & get some knock, but if you pay attention to your driving it's never a issue. My car still has the full heat/AC system in & it gets used. Last summer it never overheated even on the hottest day sitting in traffic with the AC cranked up.

for the big donkey dick cam guys, there are tables in the pcm to add too when the AC is on. so if tuned for it, its not a problem. i only have to add here for larger cams. also when the fans kick on need a little extra airflow sometimes too

With a good tune, you won't have any problems DD that camshaft at all. A/C on or off, there shouldn't be any issues what-so-ever with a cam of that size. The TQ2 is a good choice for guys looking to make good power with an aggressive idle while still remaining VERY streetable! You won't be disappointed!

DD mine here. Worked 241 heads, 90/90/ with a 230/234 cam. I live in AZ so summer time yuo need AC, the car from a dead stop does like to bog down if you dont give it enough gas to get moving.. aside from that it drives just fine
