I like how everyone screams too big. Typically the lash adjustment in a solid roller application will take out some of the duration. How much im not sure.

well its not for me im just getting info for my buddys friend. its a 346 but hes got the forged 347 hes looking for a cam and i posted this on here asking what you guys think about this cam.

what size motor should it go in?
itll be a street race car only friday and saturday racecar late night lol. i mean he will take it to the track but idk.

all i know is hes looking at this cam idk why but idk hes also looking at the world products LS1X heads and its a th400 trannny with 3k stall for now. i think he wants the yank ss4000 hes got 12 bolt coming soon with 4.11 gearing so idk. but like i said what your opinions maybe i can steer him away from this cam. I heard the MS4 is really good and the MTI X1 cam is a beast 2 lol

Somewhere in the low to mid 23x/23x duration and right at a .60x/6.0x is as big as I would go for that CI.

so what you think this cam would be like for the 408 stroker? cuz he was looking for that cam. Isnt the lift and duration so high cuz its mechanical? or would that matter?

whats the difference between the hydraulic cam and the mechanical cam? is the MS4 cam good for the forged 347?
