Anyone have an idea how much horsepower an LQ-4 motor can hold (stock)?

ive made around 520rw with t76 turbo. pure stock, not even springs.
but it was low miles

Sorry bout not giving enough info. It will have a front mount t76 mm turbo, with the EPP Forced inductions cam, double springs, titanium lifters, and arp headbolts.

What are the 2005 lq4 internals?

Floating pistons? Hyper or Forged pistons?, PM rods?, Forged crank?

The block can handle 900-1000 without a girdle from what I have HEARD.......

Coated floating pistons 8cc, PM rods and NI crank. Damn well built motor but the timing chain sux. Mine had a ton of slack with less than 500 miles, block is not drilled for tensioner either. Went with Motion 7240 gear set and no more problems.
