New Era Performance and 440 rwhp!!!!!
Some may know that my motor went BOOM!!!!!in May!
Had the guys @ NEW ERA PERFORMANCE install a new LS6 long block with a NEW ERA SSHT Cam and American Racing Headers, along with a grocery list of small items ( ported oil pump, double roller timing chan, underdrive pulley etc.).
To say I am satisfied is a HUGE understatement. Mike kept telling me, the number is going to change, the number is going to change........well it did, it got better!
Final results........................440 rwhp
........................................409 rwtq
A special "thanks" to Mike and Justin and all the others @ NEW ERA.....
Anybody that may "think" the numbers are bit off,I was there when the car was on the dyno and saw every pull.
top notch work guys!!!!!

You're right I don't know if I believe that. I know a guy with a z06 that got those numbers with your mods (except a G5X3!!) and that was considered very good. Are you sure Jesus was not running on the rollers?

I attached the z06 dyno graph I was referring to (keep in mind it is in STD). Are you planning on bringing it to the track anytime soon, that will reveal whether or not you are making that kind of power assuming you can hook up, etc.

We started out with a base of approx. 400 rwhp and it kept getting better as adjustments were made.
I also used the American Racing 1 7/8 w/o cats.

No dyno tricks, common, you guys should know me by now, 7 years here on this forum, search high dyno numbers from New Era. I know it is surprising because we are known for having low dyno numbers and fast track times, but this is what it made, no BS, he is just happy about it. He doesn't drag race, but I guess he will see who is passing who at Watkins Glenn in the straights! Tricks don't happen on the dyno here, they happen when we build your car...

that its a high dyno, me and mike put a brand new unported FAST92 and a NW92 TB on my car a few weeks ago, and I only put down 413whp. But I went 123.9mph #3350 the next day at NYIRP.
People overlook the all the little things in the LS6 motors and 243 heads There almost 10 years old now too. I took a pic today at the shop for you gary
