Default Spring replacement

Was looking at getting a TSP 228R - 228/228 .588/.588 with a 114 LSA. My SS has stock heads with the stock springs. Im going to guess and say I need to replace the springs but seeing how it is a DD what would be the best springs for that? Will be putting on a new exhaust as well. I have looked around on a few threads but still not to clear about what springs to go with what kind of lift.

Yeah I kind of figured on getting the package that had the springs and pushrods in it. They say to use PRC springs but Im thinking of spending the additional 50 and getting the PRC .675" Lift EHT Spring Kit. Would you happen to know what kind of pushrod length to get with that?

Comp 921's

Once that is done I would check them every 50K miles for square, spring load and such to make sure they are still good. Some people say no worries, i have had 3 h/c packages on 3 different cars no issues or valve train failures doing preventative maintenance.

That is some good advice. I know that regular maintenance is a good thing. Appreciate the help on this.
