Default Ls1 Build

I was just wondering what head gasket to use on my Ls1?

I'm putting Ls2 heads, rods and cam on it. I'm also replacing the intake and throttle body. I have a FAST 90-90 set-up.

I have the gaskets for the TB and will be buying the valve cover gaskets, timing chain gasket and timing chain as my car has about 114k on it. I also planned on replacing the lifters.

Also if i should be replacing anything else or do anything else to it?

Help...........

GM MLS gaskets would take care of you, or we also offer the Cometic gaskets which you can get thinner gaskets to tighten up the quench.

The ones above will work great. I have them and have had zero problems with them.

Ok, but which ones would I use? The Ls1, Ls2 or Ls6 gaskets? The heads I have are stock Ls2 heads. Also what else do I need to update n replace?

Use the standard 3.910" gaskets. They'll be perfect!

Go with the Ls1/LS6 ones and if your cam have a big lift, check for Piston to Valve clearance !!!

Is there anything else I should change too? Someone told me to change out the lifters as well...
