Talking 419 rwhp, cam only....

Stock LS1 heads, Jethot longtubes with in-house custom Y pipe, cutout.

Steel flywheel, stock driveshaft, full belts, no electric waterpump, no fancy merge collectors or open headers, LS6 intake - no big tb with modified neck, no ported TB, stock MAF with screen. No dyno tricks here, the uncorrected numbers were 430 if that means a thing.

Same car I posted about a cuple weeks ago with issues, still having issues in some areas, but topend pulls clean still. Some of the gains were opening up the exhaust (offroad Y and cutout), and after that got another 9 lb-ft thruout the previous curve with some more tuning.

Not a "cam only" Zo6 setup, but I figure its doing good enough maybe y'all will wanan help me ffigure out the torque flatspot

Oh yeah, the cam is "big" but peaks hp at 6250, and still makes 300 ftlbs at 2500 rpm

Us small-timers can do too!

Joe Overtons cams rock! Call it the Over2tons of power cam

Didnt show any knock retard, that dip was only in the last pull after 10 straight pulls, the one right before it (with actualy one degree more timing) and only .8 less hp didnt have it, maybe a fluke?

I was told your allowed not to disclose cam specs if you are making 410+ cam only.. so, Im choosing not to disclose any specs. (kind of an inside joke) Its a custom grind, not available from any vendors/shops other than through mine. Just for kicks I want to post up the uncorrect graph of 430 hp

Defintely NOT a LG cam, doesnt share any one of their numbers, not intake or exhaust duration, nor their lift or LSA, not comp cams lobes, (not ground by any of the "big names"

Like LGs stuff though, its bigger than a thunder 224 cam.

Looks like you are getting some KR at 4,000 RPM. How lean is the car and how much timing are you running.

I'm taking its an M6 car? Great numbers, wonder how much that will make with an A4.

If that cam is something like .590/.600 lift I hope you like changing valve springs often.

Ken its only a matter of time before someoen else does it, and when smalltimers do it it tends to lend some beleiveability to the few otehrs who may have done similair stuff before.

At least now, I hope people dont doubt the capabilities of these motors. There is still more power to be had in almost ANY setup.
Would you mind helping me do a Speed Density tune with this car? I think it may help the lazy spot, but if its a conflict of interestt I understand.
Do you ave a dyno graph of that cam only car, and what all was done to it.

DUDE,

Give us a break on the top secrecy of the cam specs. on the big cam your running. ITs not like your tuning your car for DEI, Inc. in anticipation of the Daytona 500 in February. Many here myself included are interested on the best cam set up for stock heads and we need you to share a little bit of your success here.

All kidding aside, just busting your stones a bit in good humor, but am very curious as to what the cam specs. are. In all honesty, if it is really important to you PM me and you have my word that i your secret is good as gold as my word is my BOND! And the GOOD LORD IS MY JUDGE!!!
