Alright, i have both of these cam. I bought the tsp cam first but then i came across a deal on the comp xe-r so i picked that one up too. I would like some input on which is better and why before i do the install. All opinions will be much appreciated!

112 lsa...CHOP CHOP CHOP CHOP

other than that...there's not a real difference. TSP uses comp cams...sooo i'm pretty sure the only dif is the lsa..which is completely up to you.

LSA is the only difference. They are both on X-ER lobes.

so performance wise, wich is the better cam to use? the lsa must make a difference other than the way it sounds at idle.

Do you have any nitrous in your future? If so, it will like the wider 114 LSA.

the 112 will sound a little meaner and help the lowend, but not a whole lot. The 114 will be a better driver and better for boost, but not a whole lot.

The narrower LSA will promote better peak numbers, the wider LSA will promote more power under the curve. They won't have huge differences, but we're nitpicking to start with.

My vote sell both of them & go Torquer v3. The V3 was designed to produce more overall power & it comes in earlier than the V2 camshaft.

IMO they're both too big for your stall.

will the V.3 fit your older style PRC 2.5(243) with 2.04/1.575 valves with the stock headgasket thickness? Im running the V2 on a 112 right now.

a 3000 is to small for almost any thing over stock to really perform.

3600 is perfect IMO but 4000 would be great too.

BTW 3600 on a 230/234 111 here...

I have the TV2 and 3600 stall and it bogs a bit out of the hole and at each shift. In my case the TV2 dosent really come to life till well over 4000rpm, then it pulls like a bitch right up till it shifts.
