can i use stock pistons in an iron 6.0 with a 4" crank

A 4" stroke is going to alter your rod length from 6.098 to 6.125. I'm not sure how exactly this would effect the piston but I personally would not run them.

No, the stock pistons have a compression distance of around 1.33x". With the 4.0" crank, even using the short stock rods, your piston will then be about .190" out of the hole. That's not a good situation. You definitely have to order a piston made specifically for the crank and rods you're running.
