Default ARP head studs, rod bolts, head gaskets

Putting together a motor, nothing huge, factory 346 ls6 cam ls6 heads gunna get a 100 shot and wondering which head gaskets and head stud kit i should use?

What year is your block? That'll make the difference as to which of the ARP kits you can use. As for head gaskets, we have had alot of success with the Cometics when the surfaces are properly prepped (block and heads). They offer them in the thinner compressed thickness too, so you can get the benefit of a bump in compression as well as a tighter quench which helps ward off some detonation!

ARP head studs. Read all the threads people post up about stripping threads in head bolt holes using bolts...you don't want to deal with that trust me. Spend the extra on studs

block is from a 2000. i was looking at the TSP website. probably gunna order today.

i know thinner gaskets will make more compression but will i have any clearance issues? also i need an oil pan gasket, you guys sell them? i called but the phones seem pretty backed up.

With an LS6 cam you can run the .040" gaskets and still have PLENTY of piston to valve clearance!

That just depends on the cam you're using.

Damn didn't see that, my fault. You'll be just fine with some .040'' gaskets.
