both crank and rod bolts are reusable. head bolts arent. im reasonably sure the only bolts not reusable are the crank bolt and the head bolts. however, its always a good idea to do rod bolts, just make sure you get the rods resized if using ARP bolts or use the Katech bolts.

Head bolts can be reused if torqued and not following the torque-to-yield steps, but it's a gamble.

because the ARP bolts, or any aftermarket bolts change the clamp load on the rod cap and it will not be perfectly round. after i put rod bolts in my car, i ran it for 1000 miles without sizing the rods, and the rods were .003 out of round. by the time i got the O-o-R out of them, they were junk becaues they dont make a bearing .005 oversized O/D and a standard I/D
