Default Will this cam work with LS6 heads?

I know, it's another "Will this work" thread, but I'm looking to get as much info as I can before I purchase my cam.

First off, the specs of what I have:
-42# Injectors, flow matched (A bit of overkill, I know)
-243 Heads, may be milled down .030", not sure
-LS6 intake
-SLP Lid
-1-3/4 Long Tubes, Flowstopper with a cutout
-Ported Oil Pump
-LS7 Lifters
-Valve Springs (Haven't ordered, but will be a dual spring)
-The car is a 6-speed built with a 9" and 4.11 gears, full suspension, etc.

I'm looking to make good power for a little bit of everything (street, strip, autox) and my definition of streetable is pretty extreme. I don't care too much about peak numbers, but I'd like to see 400tq.

All of that having been said, I'm looking to get a custom ground cam with the following specs:

Intake Duration: 234
Intake Lift: .620
Exhaust Duration: 232
Exhaust Lift: .600
LSA: 113

Does that sound like it would be a good all around cam to all the guru's out there?

Also, if I were to mill the 243's .030 and run a stock thickness gasket, how much lift would be safe before pistons and valves meet?

Thanks for any input, other than "Go big or go home, get a MS4/TREX/Polluter" I don't want or need to go that big.

I am by no means a guru, so FWIW: seems like a "mild" cam for these LS engines in today's standards, and your goals would be about right on par. Duration is more of a concern with PTV clearance than lift is.

Yea, I know that by today's standards that's small, but I know not too long ago there were guys running TR224's and 228's making really good power and running good times.

Don't get me wrong, I do not think it is small and that those 224s and 229s can make some really good power, but most cams can if they're setup right.

Its not really a small cam. It is however a reverse split.

Yea I've been looking at the reverse splits, and it seems to me like when the split is small (3* or less) it helps keep some of the low end in the motor. It may end up 234/234 when it's all said and done.
