Default new cam weds, help me pick one

here is my set up. I drive the car maybe 1-2 times in the week and some on the weekend and hit the track once a month.

89 notch mustang
98 ls1
cleaned up 241 heads w/ ls6 springs
1 3/4 long tubes
4" intake and k&n filter
ls6 intake this weekend [ ls1 intake now]
3:55 gears
th400 trans with 4000 stall
28.8 injectors
3100 race wt with full tank of gas
12.07@113 w 1.74 60'

Is there a cam i can use with my setup now that would be a big gain or maybe just swap to a ms3 or something. Like to have something that might help my 60' . If i need injectors and springs with the new cam let me know please

Have the heads been milled? Do you want to keep the LS6 springs, or are you willing to upgrade?

if its a 98 bottom end i would suggest not to spin it to high i think they will stretch the rod bolts after 6200 i think ?

yeah pretty sure the rod bolts are bad to streach over a certain rpm i think ? I know something in the bottom end of the 98s are very prone to go bad. do a quick search

thanks for the offer bud.

I guess i can do a cam and try to keep set the limit around 6000 till i get the bolts in the bottom end.

what do you think about the ms3, and say the PAC springs that are good to 650 lift?

Maybe what i'll do is sell my arp rod bolts and arp mains and get the Kartech bolts so i feel better about it.
