Lifters, rockers, injectors
Want to upgrade these three items. Not due to something wrong, just time to do so. I need opinions on which of each I should go with. Here's what's done to my car now and I'll also say what the future may hold if it makes a difference.
'00 Z28, 130k miles, stock heads, stock bottom end, bolt ons, vig 3600, F1 cam, stock 10 bolt with 3.42's
Possibly have heads within a year, maybe nitrous (150 tops).
I was thinking some LS7 lifters, rockers and injectors I'm not sure on. I'm a budget modder so best bang for the buck.

u can find 42lb injectors for 300$ online and rockers aren't necessary to upgrade but if your looking for a high performance direct replacement go with a roller rocker wont give u any more power but will lower friction and heat

Oh I was under the impression that upgraded rockers could free up some hp due to less friction. Guess I won't waste the money for something that I won't see a benefit.

u gotta be making 400rwhp before u need new injectors. and the stock rockers are fine for what your doing. my friends got a giant 650/650 lift cam with the stock rockers so those r very strong, rollers will free up some hp but nothing noticable. if u really want to wake up the car do a cam upgrade with a set of ls6 heads, then you'll start making some noticable hp

with worked heads and a cam you will need different injectors. rwhp really doesn't have much to do with it. its at the crank and with a cam in a 2000 you're probably close to maxing them right now.

Anything over 42lb will be over kill. I would go with either ford racing 36, 39, or 42 all th ford injectors were tested at 43.5 psi and gm uses 58 psi on theres so that means a 42lb inj well come out to be around 49.5+.
I am running the 42lb in my car and i love them. I also love the fact that i can do more mods and injectors is not something i have to think about.
