Default TEA Stage 2.5 LS6 heads/Futral Motorsports camshaft results. Dyno graph included....

I thought I would share these results with you guys.

The setup is a 2002 SS, stock bottom end(LS6 block), TEA "stage" 2.5 LS6 heads, Futral Motorsports camshaft, hand ported throttle body, stock unported LS6 intake,ASP pulley,Whipser lid, stock paper filter, steel flywheel, TTS headers, Y pipe, GMMG catback, Strange 12 bolt with 3:73s, 18" Z06 wheels.

Compression is 10.6:1, timing is @ 28.5* and 93octane is in the tank. #s made are THROUGH the GMMG exhaust. We made one pull with the cutouts open and picked up 4rwhp.

I am not going to post the EXACT cam specs, as we all know every application calls for different specs. I would say to toy around with the F11

THe graph posted is an overlay with Ryans(aka LoNslo) TEA 5.3/Speedtek F1 set up he ran last year. His car was running 11.20s@124 @3400lb raceweight in the dead of summer. I would be willing to say this setup may be good for some high 10s in the same conditions. Ryans graph is also showing a SMALL spike. His legit # was 443/396 for comparisons sake......

Heres the link to the graph:

Big big thanx to TEA( Brian+Brent) for getting us these heads as quick as they did and for the (in my mind) overwhelming results they made. These things looked like a work of art when they came out of the box.

To Candy(and Allan I guess)
@ Futral Motorsports for the quick delivery of their power maker sticks

And lastly to Mike(EvilZ28Nos) who picked, installed, and tuned this setup. Looks like he might be able to do a lil more than talk **** after all

That is exactly what I am saying. This is a real world setup driven everyday by my web design guy who runs my website. I think he is going to be really happy with the numbers.

On the dyno my jaw dropped when I saw 430TQ and I was not even done yet.

Andy hope ya like your car

Gotta love the torque curve. Excellent numbers!!

I bet that setup is a blast to drive on the street, if you can hook it!

Its definately a badass setup. If we get a chance this week after some break in miles( motor only has 109 miles on it) we may take it back to the dyno with a shortbelt and open the cutouts again. Im sure the shortbelt is worth 5 to 8 add in the 4 from the cutouts, thats high 450s on pump gas and 28* timing.... Pretty damn good for a daily driven setup.

Hell, even Im a lil jealous of the torque this setup makes..

Congrats Andy, I think you are going to like your new found power!!!!

i know you said you'd not give out the cam specs but you mentioned the F11 so i assume its around that size. if its around the F11 its not really that big of a cam.
