have seen people pick up 10 rwhp stepping up to a ms3.are the heads milled?what chamber size?consider PTV .TSP 5.3 heads have their valves sunk into the valve seats to gain clearence.

Get better heads. Then go bigger cam after.

thanks for the info,
but by info so far, it looks like im going to stay with my cam,

cause

1. im NOT getting different heads,
2. if im only going to gain 10hp then its not worth $400 for the cam , then absolutely not putting it in .

i dont know whether its 67cc or 63cc chambers, im trying to get my thumb on the part number.


im willing to bet, they are not milled

ya keep the cam, i would look into an underdrive pulley and maybe smoothing up the exhaust flow depending on what y pipe merge collector and catback you have.

ive never heard good out of a underdrive pulley.


right now i have a magnaflow hi flow catted y-pipe. but its nice cause it tames down the gmmg, and i pass emissions

you could c those 10hp with a cut out and better off with a good underdrive pulley from slp.. do a search on them i think slp makes a good product.

I've been told by good Tuners that one can see 10 rwhp from an underdrive pulley.

Underdrive pulley is the easiest cheapest power you can get...small help to fuel mileage also.

a ported polish TB is the easiest hp .geta EPS cam.newer lobes better power.

I would keep the cam you have. A MS4 or similar cam will make more power but at high rpms. Personally I like a smaller cam that makes more power through the curve as apposed to a big cam that makes all its power uptop. You will also want to take into consideration piston to valve clearance on the bigger cams.

I run a vrx4 and I feel like it makes good power throughout the entire pull and I dont have to turn it as hard.
