Default prc duals/ identify this spring

Well I bought a prc extreme kit from a member, its pn#8501. Well I went to install tonight and the spring seat is too large wtf. Any input will be truly appreciated. Anybody had this before heads are 243, I thought they were drop in?

4 posts down is the specs and pics

I put the PRC dual springs on my 243's on my Z06 and had no problems. I just pulled off the old seat/seal and put on the new seat and then the seal and it worked great.

Where did you get it from? What is part number 8501? Our kits should be a drop in kit. Pull the old seat and seal off, install seat, seal, spring, retainer, locks, done! Let me know if you have any questions or if we can help you with anything to solve the problem you are seeing.

That is NOT a PRC spring. We don't run a dampner in spring in them. Maybe a Comp?

Yeah I don't see those going in a LS head without a good amount of machining. With that OD they aren't going in the factory spring pockets. I would see if you can get your money back from whoever sold you those.
