Exclamation What valve springs? Info Please

Hey guys, Just wondering what valve springs and pushrods in a 98 LS1. I have a Comp XER281 .595/.598" 232/234 112 Camshaft. It's like the Torquer V.2 as ya know. Could I get by with a .600' lift spring or .625' ? Be safe ?

Thanks Guys.

I acually just bought a torquer v2 lol so i went with the PRCs .675 lift haha and have trick flow pushrods. The only reason i got the .675s is because i think there out of the .650 kit so they upgraded me.

pac 1518 should be fine on the lift and pressures ( direct drop in replacement) but I dont know how dramatic those lobes are... maybe they need a dual ?

Lift isn't all you look at when selecting valve springs. I would probably go with some Lunati dual golds.

I like the PAC 1518 I never hear anything but good about them. You can get them from SDparts.com, a vendor here for $188 about the best deal around.

I'd go with the PRC duals if you want the longest life for your springs without replacement, or PAC 1518's if you want a bit lighter beehive spring.

We can set you up with a valvetrain package to fit your exact needs. Let me know if I can be of any help.
