I see the TSP torquer v2 at a 112lsa making around that power ,with full mods.or a 222/226 EPS cam.

Depends on what dyno you're using; they can be calibrated to say pretty much whatever you want.
What do you want the car to do?

I'm going to say doubtful on the EPS cam w/o 243 heads.

You gave no info on your car or what you want it to do. A good all around cam that drives well is a 228/232. Makes good power and will drive great after a tune. Should be no issues with stock heads but should up grade the springs on any new cam swap. If you have any supporting mods this will help get you in your goal area.

Almost all the popular shelf cams might get you there on power. What do you mean by best? Better street manners, fuel economy, idle, average power, valvespring longevity, sound?

To make this power in a useable manner for the street/strip if it has a lopey idle im ok with that but since i have only played with the gen 1 small block i figured i would ask a opinion from guys who have been there and done that i thank all of you who gave input because it will def help me in the long run. Also i might be able to snag truck 243 heads whats the difference between those and the ls6 243?

The 243 heads from the LS6 came with hollow sodium-filled valves, while other 243 heads did not. That's the only difference.
FWIW 799 heads are the same as the 243s.

The good ol TR224 cam should get you about 390rwhp if you have a manual. I honestly would not go any smaller than a cam like the TSP Torquer 2 (232/234). That is a good size cam.

Comp cams XER273HR (224/230 581/588). LS6 intake, stock 241 heads, LT, ORY, Magnaflow catback. 403 RWHP/ 390RWTQ. Great street manners. The lope is noticeable but the idle is overall smooth. It depends what you are looking for.
