Default AP Engineering Ported and Coated Oil Pumps

We just picked up the first batch of these new coated oil pumps last week. Tom Kempf tested one of these pumps for us in his car this weekend and managed to run 9.20@147mph, and never had any oil pressure issues.

We have these pumps on the shelf and we are ready to fill orders. The pump will sell for $175 and pics of it can be seen here.

Call today to order yours.

We use a oil shedding coating on the outside and we teflon coat the gears. The outside coating is just a extra throw in and the gears being coated will help with durability and wear of the pump. Thanks for the questions.

Jay, if you have not run it I can coat it for you. You would be looking at $40

No disrespect meant to Nick A. at all with that one, in fact he was aware of the change in my sig before it was made.

We both get the calls from people looking for the wrong Nick, I think most people are getting it now but when we first opened the doors it was 3-4 calls a week at APE looking for Nick A.

So for the record:

Nick Agostino = Owner of Agostino Racing Engines

Nick D'Agostino (ME)= Engine Builder at AP Engineering/ Magazine Photo Guy

What is your turn around if I send you my ported pump. I has never been installed but I need it fairly quick so I can get my engine back together

I received my pump back today after coating - all I can say is VERY NICE!

It nevers hurts to have a little xtra 'insurance' and this time the 'insurance' was not very costly.

Everyone out there - even if you already bought a pump from another vendor - as long as you have not installed it yet - you owe it to yourself to get it coated by AP.

Thanx again Chris & Nick
