umm, care to elaborate on why it's a great cam? I emailed MTI a few days ago about this cam with 2E heads, but never heard back, so please some X1 users, speak up, I have the same question, also please state M6/gears and A4/stall/gears

My car runs good with this cam and heads. I am an A4 witha ss4000 stall. I have a little trouble with it killing in reverse sometimes but the experience make it well worth it.
Check the dyno section there is a thread about this exact setup.

I guess I should've looked in the dyno beofre I posted, but this is what NineBall just did to his 02 35th SS vert. Check it out.
But I would like some driving impressions and times, if possible.

I am running the X1 with the Stage 2 LS6 heads. My car is a M6 and it idles fine right at 950rpms. it is a very drivable cam considering the size. It does have a little cam surge at slower speeds (parking lots etc). Under 3K it feels close to stock. Once it goes over 3K it is a whole different animal. It wants to go straight to 7 grand. It took a little getting used to it just because when you nail it you have to be rady to start shifting right away in the first 2 gears.
There is enough chop in it that people know something isnt normal about the car.
This cam and heads combo made 420 RWHP and 400RWTQ through a crappy flowmaster.
