It doesnt matter what size the TB is if the smallest opening is still ~75MM (lid) or 85MM (Z06 MAF). You can only flow the amount of air the smallest opening will allow.

Yes, but alot of people are waiting on a 90mm tb for the FAST intake. And the price looks very good. I'm sure the 105 would be for a custom intake.

You can see the bolt patterns are diffrent from the FAST in the pictures. I think there "race" TB's are for custom intakes only. 90 or 105.

thats what is on the C5R mtoros that came out of MORE perf and vette doctors. Woudlnt touch one with a ten foot pole.

why not?


I would love to see someone make a "plastic" version of the sheet metal intakes (short runner) manifolds. Might be interesting on big CI motors.

Yeah, those are a universal TB. They don't have an LS1 bolt pattern. Good idea for a custom sheet metal intake though

Could have something to do with a blade breaking, and sucking a screw into a motor. TB failure sucks.
