all heads are the same. flip it around the other way itll be fine

not a good idea to install 2 drivers side heads... you need to go trade that spare drivers side for a good passenger side head. try ebay maybe?

No you can't use them, you should sell those driver side heads and then sell your car

There was a thread with the same question earlier today , I almost replied but I decided to go look at my heads , then got distracted n never got back to it ,,,,,,,,,many ways to the same result,,,,,,,,,,
