LQ4 as my base where should i go from here?
Im having a probelm on deciding on what i want to do for my build. The motor will be going in a 1999 M6 Camaro, it has full suspension already, BMR K memeber, upper and lower tubular control arms, chasis mount torque arm, LCAs, Panhard bar, QA1s all 4 corners. My budget is going to be around 6 thousand, maybe a little more. I already have someone who is going to build the tranny and rearend. I have a 9" Housing that i still need axles, center section and drive shaft for. I also have an ls7 clutch in it right now and i dont know if its going to hold the power once its all done. So could you PLEASE help me out people.

With your budget in mind, maybe a keep it at 370ci so you could reuse the stock crank and use some N20. Then see what you have over to spend on some LS3 style heads and intake. That would get you around 470rwhp n/a and with a 150shot put you well over 600rwhp ... just a thought.

Hmm... I say junk the car and sell me your suspension stuff
On a serious note. The setup in my sig has been proven a few times to run low-11s consistently. I don't have any times yet personally, but I've seen pretty much the exact same combo (only difference was the other car had a FAST 92/92 where mine is a 102/102) run a 11.08 in the 1320. Add a 100 shot and you have a mid 10 second car.

You've got plenty of options! Just gotta figure out which route you wanna start with. Are you thinking a N/A set up or maybe going with a power adder? Either way we can help with any questions or putting together a power package today! Here's an attachment to our online store.
