Cammed.... Is this normal?
Well my car is H/C/I. I'm running a MS4, M6, with 410s. Well here lately I've been driving my car more than normal to break my new 9" in before I park it for the winter. Well on my way home from school (speed limits 55) they're a long mountain so I just put my car up in 5th and let it hold itself back (around 55-60 mph @ 2k to 22k) when I got to the bottom I start to give it some fuel and it tries to cutout but cleared right up after. Plugs are in good shape. No codes. Is it just normal for the cam to let it load up with fuel? Sorry if this is the wrong section.

Not normal. Still running the oem injectors or aftermarket? Do you have a wide band so you can see what is happening to your AFR? If not, get one.
One of the frequent complaints about aftermarket injectors is that they go very rich in decel. On a long down hill stretch you may be loading up from that. Hard to tell without facts/data.

Its racetronix 42lbers. Does that mean I need it tuned again? Will it hurt to run this way. No I don't have a wideband but I guess I'll be getting one.

You're probably running rich which isn't Terrible, worst that can happen is the extra unburned fuel will eat your cat converters...
I would get it tuned IN PERSON by a good tuner, they should be able to fix your issues
I got a mail order tune (stock 28.5 inj) and whenever I let off the gas to decel after driving with a load, my car will give itself gas lol, in other words instead of rpms dropping quick the PCM sort of lowers rpms in a controlled fashion...it's weird bc I think the tuner changed something with the TPS bc I don't have to hit the gas in first gear, my car revs itself up (very slowly) and shifts into second without my foot on gas pedal
My point...mail order = driveable (but WAY better than stock tune)
good tuner=optimal driving experience (max power and driveability)

the car has been tuned in person. It drives excellent with no driveability problems at all other than letting it hold back for long periods of time it tries to load up.
