Default Do Patriot dual springs require Comp r lifters?

do I need Comp R lifters with these springs, or are stockers ok?

No,you do not need the comp R lifters.

I agree, why spend the money when the stockers work fine.

how much lift are these springs rated for?

The springs are rated to .650 valve lift.

hmmm I'll do some more research but I might order these. I have close to 15k miles on my Isky 295Ds.

It between these, the Cranes, or the 921s.

This spring has been used with cams as large as .638 valve lift with no problems.They are made out of the best materials possible.The manufacturing process is the same as pro stock drag springs.The springs are designed to last everyday with a .650 lift cam.They have 135lbs on the seat and 380lbs open.This is the best spring on the market IMO.
