need help with idea 5.3 nbs to nnbs intake manifold.
The truck in my sig injector duty cycle is 100% at approx 80-90% TPS. I need upgraded injectors but I was thinking used injectors cost $250, I might as well upgrade everything and do a nnbs intake with stock injectors for close to the same price but a little more work. I found an 07 e85 Tahoe intake manifold with stock fuel rails and stock injectors (injector part #12594512). Im looking for some experience or oppinions. What makes more sense for the long run. Upgrade my stock injectors to 8.1 marine multech injectors. Or upgrade to 07 intake manifold. And if i upgrade to 07 intake setup will the stock injectors be enough for my engine. Any oppinions or advice would be helpful. I know the nnbs intake manifold is returnless and takes some work to make it function correctly.

Well your drive by cable correct. Never considered this swap. If you were drive by wire you would need a X-link. Advantage of the New style intake it flows better, stainless rails and go up to a least 90mm tb or more. As far as the E85 injectors I think their around 32 lb IIRC. Don't know if that will get you where you want to be or not. What tb were you planing on using ?

MBA to numbs intake manifold on 99 silverado
I've found adapter plates they make so I can bolt my stock 3 bolt cable drive TB on the nnbs 4 bolt drive by wire tb intake mounting pattern which would make the install easier. But will I be maxing out my stock TB. Ive read about many of these swaps but I'm holding back because I don't want to spend $300 for this nnbs setup if I will jus have to turn around and buy bigger injectors. It might be better to just buy the larger injectors for my stock intake manifold. Unless the nnbs is worth the work. I'm not sure how happy people who do this swap are or what kind of gains they see. I know I have to change my fuel system to return less and am not sure what else I will run into along the way.

Upgrading intake manifold and tb
Id like to upgrade the TB with it. But im still seaching and learning what fits my 1999. Supposidly theres a Dr. X adapter that turns my cable drive / non DBW vehicle to a non cable / DBW. But im still reading. Any insight would be helpful if anyone knows. Id like to get a NNBS intake manifold with a 90 mm cable drive or DBW TB. I just need to find some more info. My idea was, get a NNBS intake manifold. Get it on my truck and everything working with my TB by using an adapter plate. Then go from there and finish with a TB upgrade. But if i could kill 2 birds itd be nice to do both at the same time. I found an 07 intake with a DBW 90mm TB but i can find the DR.X adapter. I'm still trying to find out if the adapter works on my 99. Any advice? Thanks for all the help so far.

Throttle body
The injectors are flex fuel injectors. Do you by chance know what type connectors the e85's are. I'd like to get the correct connector adapter before I get it so I do t have to splice all the injector connectors. I did find a 90mm cable drive TB on summit racing that should work fine. Now all I need to figure out is the injector connectors and return less fuel setup.

I don't know for sure about the injector connectors. The gen III 5.3 in my 06 Tahoe has flex fuel injectors and I think they use the same connector. But, the 07 5.3 might be gen IV, so I don't know about them.

This is a great swap for the trucks, but I wouldn't run a 76mm tb definitely upgrade to the 90mm cable or 87mm dbw it offers huge throttle response over the 76 and the flex fuel injectors are 39lbs at 4 bar I made 460rwhp in my 383ls 06 4x4 silverado with stock flex fuels, the tbss injectors also work at 32lbs for most hci 5.3-6.0 setups
I have a complete tbss/nnbs intake with tb dr x link all sensors, injectors, lines rails literally ready to bolt on for sale pm me if anyone is interested.
