Heads and intake have me in the rear naked choke
I need to let this motor breath with better heads and intake setup before i tap out.
I have a set of ported 317's(lightly)and ls6 intake/ported tb.
The cam is 252/256 612/612 112
The bottom end is a forged/stroked 408 at 10:5 to 11:1 compression.
I'm looking at the ported fast 102/102 setup from vengeance racing that seem to be a good deal.
What heads would best benefit my motor?

I'll try to get a few this weekend at the track
I read a little on their porting and weighed out the price of new and ported and they were not far off.

In my opinion, the LS3 style heads and that cam would be a very poor match, which is why I would use the cathedral ports. Swap a cam with about 15 degrees less duration on the intake and about 10 less on the exhaust, and I think that would be more suitable for the LS3 style.
