Default 2001 camaro ss running lean ? Help

So i recently acquired a 2001 camaro ss with 48k miles. I took the car in today to Chevy for a coolant system flush and oil change. I picked the car up and drove about 5 miles to see the ses light come on. I took it back up there and the tech that worked on it came out and hooked the hand held up to it. Code showed both fuel banks were running lean. Earlier this week i filled the car up with premium gas and added a lucas oil octane booster. i have no idea what kind of gas was run in it previous due to it coming from a dealer.

after that the tech came out he checked over for a vacum leak and found nothing, when i asked if it was from the fuel a booster he said maybe, said that it could take a while for the computer to learn the new fuel. we cleared the code and he explained to let them know if it comes back on.

just wanted someone else opinion on what it could be and it i have something to worry about.

thanks

Fuel banks running lean from my recollection wass a common O2 sensor issue find out what code it's throwing but very commonly bad O2

Possible could have been caused by fuel additive and premium but when it comes to the O2s in these cars it could be anything

octane booster probably fouled your O2 sensors.

Have it scanned again and get the number for both codes and google them. Most of the time google will tell you exactly what causes each code. An exhaust leak, 02 sensor, or possibly cat problems could cause a lean code. I honestly don't think the octance booster would cause it. I've put 110 leaded in my car and never got a code for anything.

Light came back on today. Took to auto zone and codes ran P0173 and P0174
Which is bank two. Apparently o2sensors were fine. Guy said clean mass air sensor and change fuel filter. Taking back to dealer tomorrow.

been at the dealer for two day, they did plugs and wires and fuel filter, which i was going to go anyways. Checked for vacum leaks and nothing, still throwing codes on both fuel banks for running lean. I am sure o2 sensors are next and the bill will keep getting larger. I took it to the dealer to get fixed fast and its turning into the opposite.

If it's running lean, the obviously the plugs were firing good, so you didn't need the plugs and wires. Tell them to stop throwing parts at it in the hope that one of them will fix it. They need to figure out what is broken and just change that part. Ask them if they bothered to check the fuel pressure at the rail.

Well i had already bought the plugs and wires for them to do anyways. They also said the old fuel filter was pretty nasty, they called tech2 support and i guess the first question the master tech asked was if i added any octane booster, they recommended adding more fuel to brake it down as soon as i can. Can runs great right now, we will see if it goes back on. The did complete a fog check and found no leaks and also pulled a injector and it was clean.
