Hennessy doesn't build crankshafts, and to my knowledge, they don't build engines either. Callies, Wynberg, Scat, and Sonny Bryant all offer custom billet cranks that should be able to meet your needs. You're probably going to need a center counterweighted crank, which is why a Compstar probably wouldn't cut it lol.

The crankshaft has NOTHING to do with how high your motor will rev. You would only replace your stock crank if you were to have all the other parts in your engine that would overpower or overspin your stock crank.

I think that I know what he talking about. Lingenfelter has something called a flat plane crank LSX motor that will turn 9,000 RPM. I will try to find it. https://ls1tech.com/articles/lingenf...g-to-9000-rpm/

Look up flat plane cranks, a lot of high end performance cars such as ferrari use them because of their balance characteristics. With a destroke and a factory bore along with the flat plane crank the ls will see 9k
