A FAST will really help your setup breath in the upper RPM range, which is where that cam is going to live at.

It will help a little, but I wouldn't count on something drastic here

Should help some, my car used to trap 93-94mph with an LS6 intake/stock TB and stock 243 heads but I have 37 more cubes which is proably why it ran about what your car does with nasty heads. Now with PRC 225s and a FAST 90/90mm TB it has been trapping 96mph but its shifting early too at 5900 rpm, shifting at 6500 rpm and good air im hoping for 97-98 mph.

When I did my FAST I gained from about 4500rpm on up and it was ~15-20rwhp difference from there till redline. Under that it was about the same. I spend a weekend porting it and port matching it to my heads to get the most out of it.

Wow, I am really surprised you guys are only trapping what you are...I think this has actually proven that my dyno numbers are legit. With my PRC 5.3 heads, 228/232 cam, LS6 intake I am trapping 98 in the 1/8th...

I am really surprised that your car is trapping 94 with AFR heads. I would definitely do the intake, what RPM are you shifting at?

A ported fast should put 20hp in your combo.

get at least a fast 92mm intake ,and get some roller rockers .your heads should have bronze guides.measure your push rods to check for proper valve train geometry .

Take your car to the track and see what it traps. You said you were running with pulley cobra's...they are generally pretty quick cars.

Well to be fair that Cobra did beat me by a solid car, but I think that with a really good tune I might be able to even things up a bit I'll be heading to the track soon i'm hoping
