1999 trans am tune up
hi i have a 1999 trans am LS1 stock and have had it this will be my 4th summer and i have never dun a tune up on it i have only put on 7K miles on it since i bought it. what would your recomend for a tune up plugs wires EXT. Brands? that car is mint but has 98K on it

ok thank you i am between NGK iridums and ACDELCO iridums is one better than the other? NGK i can get for $6.72 per plug and the delco for $5.59 per plug

That MSD/NGK bundle is a good deal.
I did NGK TR6s because of higher compression. NGK TR55 is a good match for you if your heads haven't been off the car. The provide a closer gap but stock heat range.
I went with the best wires you can get and got FireCore50 plug wires.

I would get iridium plugs because they do not need to be changed for very long intervals, but if you are comfortable with changing the spark plugs on your car i would just get the copper cheapie plugs the tr55s because they will produce the hottest spark, but need to be changed out alot sooner.
