Fast 102 Dyno Results
I recently put a Fast 102 LSXr intake, 102 TB, and 85 mm OEM MAF on my 69 Camaro LS1. This car has a stock bottom end with the old SLP Stage III head/cam package and 36# injectors. Exhaust through Pacesetter long tubes modified to fit the 69 Camaro through 2.5" X pipe and two chamber mufflers up and over the axle.
Trans is a 4L60E with a 2800 TCI street fighter converter and a Ford 9" axle with a 3.5:1 ratio.
We originally dyno tuned the car at www.speedinc.com a couple of years ago with all the above mod except a stock LS6 intake, stock 76 mm tb, and stock 75 mm MAF.
The wire harness and computer is set up as a 1998 style A4 Camaro via Painless Wire Harness.
Prior RWHP was 376 with the LS6 intake. Dyno yesterday on the same dynojet at Speedinc by the same tuner (Jim) netted 390.
I was hoping to see 400 at the wheels - but I'll take this no worries. The only other change to the car is from a 255 Walbro and a 1998 Corvette fuel rail (with return on the rail) to a Aeromotive 340 with the LS2 rail and 1999-2004 Corvette (WIX brand) fuel filter/regulator.

I think it really is about right. Weather temps were neat the same but 100% humidity yesterday compared to a fairly dry day before.
I think it would have been more dramatic with a ls1 intake to the lsx. I am happy with it. Not bad all things considered.
I can't help but want to approximate flywheel power from these numbers but realize that is just a wild guess.

Those are corrected numbers so the weather wont matter. 2800 converter w/ Ford 9" is prob why it didnt hit 400. Looks right on for the mods though. 15hp gain is what most people gain with that intake. Flywheel hp would be about 450 id say. (376x1.20)

Weather correction only does so much. Humidity screws with the correction factor. A cool, dry day vs a hot humid day will see a power difference on the same combo, even corrected. You'll notice as the correction factor moves away from 1 toward 1.06 or 1.07 due to heat, the numbers become less trustworthy.

Man that's a lot of $ for the power...but at least you know you won't ever have to upgrade the intake again...I saw you had 36# injectors, any idea on the duty cycle they are at with your setup? Also wondering if you swapped fuel pumps because you maxed out the walbro?

I put down 390 on my 99ss with heads/mild cam, hooker 1 7/8 lt, 3 true duel, fast 102/92tb, 36ib/hr injectors, yank 2800 stall. It was 94 degrees in the shop and 100% humidity. Was not happy with my numbers, but I'm smoking the new 5.0s from a digg and 30 roll . Oh yeah my airlid wasn't sealed and was sucking in hott air on the back side probably affected the numbers...
