Default somthing close to a arp head bolt.

Ccan anyone tell me if there is a head bolt thats a good quality head bolt for a good price.. im rebuilding my ls1 cam only DD and some track i had put arp head bolts on it befor and i dont remember paying 185$ for them any who any help would help thanks. O and the arp bolts it had ones messed up and cant seem to find other three

Stock bolts do the trick for cheap

^^^^^ what he said. I prefer arp though.Nothing wrong with stock head bolts though.

ProComp electronics has head stud kits for $70 and they are reusable.

You should be good with any brand on a daily driver.

If you are not going ARP, I would stick with OEM bolts. Felpro makes them for not much at all.

ARP will also sell individual bolts if you already have them and are only needing to replace a few to complete your set again.
