Question HELP, Does any one know where I can get flycut pistons?

HELP, Does any one know where I can get my pistons fly cut in the car? That is close to Muscatine, IA? I have new heads and cam to install on my dads car but with 610 lift he needs to have his pistons fly cut. Where can I take the car and what would it cost? Thanks has any one had this done?

Is this for the Vette? If so I have a set of pistons that have already been flycut .065 that are sitting in my garage. They came out of my 2001 F-body. PM me if interested.

It's for a corvette. I realy don't want to pull the motor apart. I can get them flycut for 100 in town. I'm trying to find out what can be done with the motor in the car. I might pull the motor and take it in and have them do it in the motor. I just wanted them to do with the motor in the car.

You can rent the tool from ISKY I believe. I saw a post recently about that. Do a search and you should find out some details.

flycutting the pistons in the car is not that bad and on a vette would be a breeze. we rent the Isky tool for doing this.

we now have a write up on our website on how to cut the pistons in the car (camaro, firebird/Trans Am/Formula, and Corvette) and we also rent the tools needed to do the job. you will need a head that has the intake valve seats remove which we include if you rent the tool. to see the write up go to http://www.ffhp.net/tech_Isky.htm. we just put it up so there are a few spelling errors that we missed.

if you want rental info call me at (502)648-1093
thanks

So what did they charge you for doing it? Also what does it cost to rent the tool?
