Default My 408 14.1:1 build (lots of pics)

Thought I would post my build now that I have it pretty much done. It's LQ 408 14.1:1 compression. Plan on running it on e85 and a nitrous outlet stinger plate.

Lq4 block
Lunati crank
Lunati rods
Diamond +10cc nitrous dome pistions
Pat G spec EPS cam
C5r timing chain
Melling oil pump
Trick flow timing chain dampener
Morel 5294 lifters
Yella terra rockers
3/8 pushrods
Patriot 243 heads with custom hand porting by Self Racing flow 350+
Edelbrock super victor custom ported and matched to heads
Fast 4150 throttle body and rails
72# FIC injectors
Ls9 head gaskets
ARP everything
Coated cam, rod, and main bearings
Custom coolant crossover I made

Probably leaving some things out but pics are worth more than words so here are pics from the build. Let me know what you think.

Man, great attention to detail. That piece you custom made to go under the intake is a nice touch. Also really love the color of the block.

Mine measured 7.350 at zero lash and lifters called for 0.025 preload so went with some Brian Tooley 7.375 3/8" pushrods.

Nice setup. I'm picking up my block from the machine shop this week and a lot of mine is similar to yours. Lunati stroker, Pat G cam, edelbrock and fast intake, but i'm going with trick flow heads and only 11:1 CR. How do you plan on hooking up your map sensor? Any pics of that part?

Probably just hook it off one of the vacuum ports on the throttle body.

It's gonna be awhile man because I still like a lot on the car. Hopefully by the end of the year will have it all together.
