i would get it up on a dyno...see what kind of power its putting down, see if your getting knock, make sure your not making peak power at like 5500 rpms(off a tooth) er something like that...the mph is way low so id assume its not an issue with the cam itself but possibly install problem or engine problem at this point.

I hate to tell you to spend more money but you really need a tool like the Predator to see what your car is doing as you go down the track. If you know someone that has one borrow it from them. You can't do any tuning but you can at least check your spark/timing. Then you'll have at least a direction to head in.

You need to find out what kind of air fuel you're getting, as well as whether or not you're getting any knock... something is definitely not right. Either the setup is wrong (off a tooth, as someone mentioned), or the tune is wrong. Put it on a dyno, or at the very least take some diagnostics with a Predator or Autotap.
Also where are the shift points set at? If you're at stock shift points, you're leaving a ton of power on the table. You should have your shift point set at something like 6600 rpms.

Something is waaaay off. Don't blame the cam unless it's ground incorrectly. More likely a tuning issue, or cam installed off a tooth as mentioned above, or lack of compression in a cylinder.

Was the tuning on a dyno? Have you checked all your grounds? Is the car throwing codes??
We typically see around 50rwhp gains with that camshaft. What year is the car?
