What kind of springs are you running with TR224?
A TR224 is going to be one of my winter mods this year and I was wondering what kind of springs people with this cam are running and how they like them.
I would like to run a double spring, but I don't want to go overkill and put extra strain on the valvetrain that's not needed Thanks for any input.

I used to run the Comp 918s but after only 4800miles they showed a big enough drop in spring pressure for me to not feel good about leaving them on the motor. I then bought my Patriot heads and they came with the Patriot Gold Dual Springs which are a awesome spring that don't cost an arm and leg but still work great. No failures have been noted so far with them. Anymore unless it's a very low lift cam I would not run a single valvespring.

I believe it's .563/.563, not alot by todays standards. Thanks for the informative link I would like to go with a dual spring just for insurance.
